Platinum Support Plan
For critical development projects or for deployed products requiring more demanding and responsive support, VirtualLogix's high-level Platinum support offers the following services in addition to Standard support services:
Help Desk
An unlimited help desk is available for information requests and exchanges between customers and VirtualLogix's support organization.
Technical Account Manager
Access to an assigned Technical Account Manager, who is thoroughly knowledgeable about the customer’s personnel, business, support history, and projects and functions and serves as the customer representative within VirtualLogix.
Guaranteed Problem Resolution Time
We guarantee a maximum resolution time (see table below) for error reports and dedicate our experts to solve a customer's critical problems. When the reproduction of the problem requires the customer's application environment, VirtualLogix may propose sending an engineer for on-site debugging.
Training
VirtualLogix offers courses that include extensive case studies, hands-on labs, and quick-start tutorials to help accelerate deployment of VLX into your designs. Training on our products is available in standardized courses, which also can be customized to meet your requirements. Courses are given at the customer site or at VirtualLogix facilities.
Consulting
VirtualLogix's consulting solutions can help at any stage in the development process. Our professional services team can assist with gathering technical and business requirements, provide custom engineering services to adapt or integrate VirtualLogix VLX to a customers' software environment, open OS, legacy RTOS, or applications. Customer Project
VirtualLogix tools and services allow manufacturers and integrators to easily migrate proprietary RTOS-based projects to VirtualLogix products, thus significantly reducing deployment costs while preserving past investment. A customer project can be an R&D pilot project for a proof-of-concept, a development project for a new product design, or a project for an upgrade of an existing product.
Our professional services team works in tight collaboration with customers on a contractual basis. If necessary, VirtualLogix conducts a preliminary study to assess the feasibility, refine the requirements, and evaluate performances and work load, etc. Project development is tracked monthly so that the customer can monitor project status and help manage risks. Requirements can be adjusted to ensure that the final product will match the desired usage within the planned budget and time frame.
